In 2003, CAISAP launched a new mentor program for CAIS advancement professionals. The purpose of the Mentoring Program is to match experienced CAIS advancement professionals with those who are seeking guidance in their professional activities or careers. Mentor relationships can be beneficial to those who are new to advancement, new to the independent school environment, or to those who are interested in exploring the different career opportunities available within advancement. Individuals from all disciplines within advancement are invited to participate.
This is a terrific opportunity for people new in the profession (or new to the independent school environment) to connect with experienced colleagues who are willing to share their time and expertise.
